Version 1.0Last verified July 17, 2026iPhone / iOS

1. Welcome to PeepLink

PeepLink is an adults-only app for discovering and following people, professionals, and venues in the real world. One account is your public identity; professional details add category, business, venue, and check-in information to that identity.

PeepLink check-ins show venue-based presence. They are not continuous background person tracking.

2. Create an account

  1. Open PeepLink and review the Terms & Safety screen.
  2. Confirm that you are 18 or older and accept the agreement.
  3. Select Create Account.
  4. Enter a public display name, private sign-in email, and password.
  5. Add an invite link only when you received one from someone you trust.
  6. Complete email confirmation if requested, then finish the first-run profile steps.

Your private sign-in email is not automatically shown as your public name or contact email.

3. Sign in with email, Google, or Apple

On the Welcome screen, select Sign In and use your email and password. You can also choose Continue with Google orContinue with Apple when that provider is available and configured.

If prompted after provider sign-in, confirm the public display name you want other members to see.

6. Following and Followers

Open Following from the tab bar. Select People or Venues to switch lists.

Rows can show professional category, venue, or a currently visible check-in. Open Followers from the Account summary.

7. People and professional profiles

Select a person from Search, Following, or Followers to open their account-level profile. Professional category, company, public contact information, venues, and check-in details appear on that same identity when available and intentionally public.

8. Invites and connections

A permanent identity link points to your existing account. A general Join Invite helps another person join and connect. A professional invite can reserve proposed professional metadata for the recipient to claim. Do not publish full invite links or codes.

9. My QR Code

  1. Open the Invite tab or floating QR shortcut.
  2. Show the QR to someone you want to connect with.
  3. Use Copy My Link or Share My Link when a clickable link is easier.
  4. Only share the identity link with the audience you intend.

10. QR business cards

  1. Open My QR Code, then choose the print-card option when available.
  2. Select only the public fields you want on the card.
  3. Choose a supported card, sign, sheet, or image layout.
  4. Preview the name, fields, layout, and QR before sharing or printing.
  5. Test the exported QR with a second device before a large print run.

11. Venue & Check-In

  1. Professional accounts can open Account → Venue & Check-In.
  2. Choose Working for a saved professional venue or I’m Out for another venue.
  3. Select or search for a venue and confirm follower visibility.
  4. Use the appropriate check-in action only when you intend to publish venue presence.
  5. Use End Check-In when the visible presence should stop.

Regular users do not currently check in. Timed expiration and connection check-ins are not presented as live features.

  2. Choose Following, Live Pros, Venues, or Search.
  3. Adjust the distance selector for the area you want to browse.
  4. Select a venue-based marker to view available details.

13. Notifications

Select the bell to open the in-app Notification Center. Mark individual items or all items read when available. In-app notifications can work even when a system push banner does not appear; push delivery depends on device permission, registration, and service configuration.

14. Account Settings

Open Account Settings to manage your display name, photo, account type, search visibility, preferred start screen, and related settings.

Professional accounts can also access professional details, Venue & Check-In, and tip settings. Log out from the Session area when finished.

15. Terms, Safety, and Privacy

  • PeepLink is for adults 18 and older.
  • Use in-app Report or Block controls when available for safety concerns.
  • Keep passwords, authentication IDs, tokens, and complete invite links private.
  • Review the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Account deletion is permanent; follow the in-app warning carefully.

16. Help and Support

Email: support@peeplinkapp.com

If you experience a problem:

  1. Take a screenshot showing the issue.
  2. Open Help & Support.
  3. Email PeepLink Support.
  4. Attach the screenshot.
  5. Include what you were doing immediately before the problem occurred.

Remove passwords, tokens, full invitation links, private contact information, and authentication identifiers before sending.

17. Troubleshooting

A screen looks stale

Pull to refresh where available, return to the tab root, or close and reopen the app.

Sign-in provider is unavailable

Try email sign-in, confirm connectivity, and contact support if the provider option remains unavailable.

A check-in is missing

Confirm the professional has an active visible check-in and that the viewer follows the professional where required.

No push banner appears

Check iOS notification permission. Also inspect the in-app Notification Center because push and in-app delivery are separate.
